BOARD GOVERNANCE: NAVIGATING ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES WITH MANAGEMENT
This course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the distinct yet collaborative roles of the board and management at the board table. Effective governance is crucial for the success and sustainability of any Credit Union, and a clear delineation of responsibilities between the board and management is essential.
Through this course, participants will explore the dynamics of board governance, gaining insights into the roles each entity plays in shaping organizational strategy, oversight, and decision-making.
