Mitchell, Stankovic and Associates is a results-oriented, innovative consulting firm, services include:  strategic planning, board governance, leadership transitions and educational development.  

MSA started their venture 25 years ago and are best known for creating the online Credit Union University (cuu.com), Marketing Services and Custom Mystery Shopping programs for more than 5,000 clients.  As co-owner and CEO of O’Rourke, Mitchell recruiting firm, Mitchell has worked with executives and Boards across the country to facilitate hiring and developing key leadership positions. MSA has received awards and been recognized by World Council, California CU League, RMJ Foundation, CUEs,  and local organizations for their creative approach and dedicated volunteerism.  Mitchell was given the prestigious title of Women to Watch by CUTimes recognizing her impact and was selected as a candidate for the Final Four most influential people within the CU industry over last 20 years.

Mitchell is the founding Chair of World Council's Global Women's Leadership Network which in 2017 has over 1100 members, 33 global chapters and has raised close to $1.4 million dollars for scholarships, empowerment grants and leadership development globally. 

Mitchell joined the Worldwide Foundation Board of Directors in 2017.
